You are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, inspections, approvals, utility connections, authorizations, and certifications required for your project or operation, except to the extent otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Matthews Environmental.

These Terms do not replace or modify any separate quotation, purchase order acceptance, sales agreement, service agreement, warranty, subscription agreement, promotion terms, or other written agreement governing products or services provided by Matthews Environmental.
