If these Website Terms conflict with a written quotation, contract, warranty, promotion, service guarantee, or other agreement issued or signed by Matthews Environmental, the more specific written agreement will control with respect to that transaction.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Matthews Environmental concerning your use of the Website.
These Terms do not replace or modify any separate quotation, purchase order acceptance, sales agreement, service agreement, warranty, subscription agreement, promotion terms, or other written agreement governing products or services provided by Matthews Environmental.
