1946Our company begins as Industrial Equipment Engineering (IEE) in North America
We partner with ALL Crematory brand equipment to establish a new benchmark for technical care and engineering.
1996IEE and ALL Crematory officially become part of the Matthews International
They form the Matthews Cremation Division and strengthen our infrastructure.
2010The Hough family’s Furnace Construction Company (FCC) joins Matthews
Located in Manchester, United Kingdom, the new addition meets the growing European demand for high-efficiency filtration systems.
2015Matthews Cremation Division becomes Matthews Environmental Solutions.
The name change accurately reflects our evolution into a multi-faceted total solutions provider.
2018Therm-Tec joins the Matthews family
