For over 80 years, our certified technicians have looked after all Matthews makes and models of cremation and incineration equipment, including legacy systems. Our annual Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) are designed to identify minor wear and tear before it impacts your daily schedule or leads to costly downtime.
Services include:
- A detailed review of all refractory areas, including the exhaust stack.
- Inspecting, lubricating and adjusting the air blower, burners, draft system and hydraulics
- Testing critical electrical components, including limit switches, timers and controller
- Fine-tuning the burner firing rate, air settings and fuel ratios to exact factory specifications
- Reviewing all equipment and stack clearances while testing emergency safety devices and door chains
- Providing a clear, in-depth analysis of your system’s condition with a written service report
